Logos

We'd like every session to develop its own distinctive logo (see Logo Makers for some ideas). You are welcome to use the EVO logo (above right) as well, but only in combination with your own. (Right-click on a PC or Control-click on a Mac to copy the EVO image to your own desktop.) However, the TESOL logo is restricted in use and probably should not be used on individual session pages. Here is the response we got from TESOL Central Office when queried about their logo:

The TESOL logo is a registered trademark and its use is restricted. The TESOL logo may not be used on members' or nonmembers' letterhead, business cards, brochures, advertisements, flyers, direct mail pieces, reports, books, handouts, Web sites, PowerPoint presentations, or other items used to identify an organization.

SurveyMonkey - one of the best survey-maker tools; free up to 10 questions, with a wide variety of response-types possible.

Google Docs/Spreadsheets has a great deal of flexibility, and can be used for a survey and embedded in a Web page, but may not be as easy for beginners to use at first. [Further info from users is welcome!]
