We find that wikis are very easy to use as a way to get your session organized. You can easily create a syllabus, add a logo, make a table with photos and bios of your participants, etc. Wikis have a lot more flexibility than the YG, and generally don't require knowledge of HTML.
Our favorite wikis are PBworks and Wikispaces. Directions below are for PBworks, but Wikispaces (and most other wikis) are similar in operation, though it may not have all the features of PBworks. For example, PBworks has the advantage of letting you insert HTML directly into a page (with the >Source button).
With any wiki, you will have advertising in the sidebar. (EVO has a special arrangement.)
